Responsibilities
- Ensure the store runs smoothly and the team provides excellent customer service.
- Meet overall objectives and maintain corporate standards for customer service, sales, operational performance, and visual presentation.
- Utilize effective recruiting techniques, provide training, and use staff development and evaluation tools.
- Optimize store performance and profitability.
- Train team members on customer service and sales techniques.
- Analyze sales results and identify solutions to boost sales.
- Schedule employees based on performance and traffic.
- Set sales goals and develop plans to achieve them.
- Inform the regional manager about store tasks and activities.
- Mobilize the team and create a positive work environment.
- Instill pride and belonging in being part of the La Vie en Rose team.
- Bring the company's vision, mission, and brand culture to life.
- Act as an inspirational role model.
- Recruit, prepare, and train employees.
- Source the best candidates for various roles.
- Plan work schedules and manage absences/lateness.
- Conduct performance evaluations for the store team.
- Manage labor disputes and apply disciplinary actions.
- Master product knowledge and technical features.
- Create an attractive store environment based on planograms.
- Monitor competitor activities.
- Build a steady and loyal customer base by showcasing brand image and relationships.
- Develop an action plan to improve inventory management.
- Plan incoming orders and ensure efficient visual display setup.
- Maintain store cleanliness.
- Collaborate with mall administration.
- Analyze reports to optimize productivity and sales.
- Open and close the store.
- Manage controllable expenses efficiently.
- Collaborate with head office on projects and requests.
- Respect and apply head office policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
