  • Optimize store performance and profitability.
  • Train team members on customer service and sales techniques.
  • Analyze sales results and identify solutions to boost sales.
  • Schedule employees based on performance and traffic.
  • Set sales goals and develop plans to achieve them.
  • Inform the regional manager about store tasks and activities.
  • Mobilize the team and create a positive work environment.
  • Instill pride and belonging in being part of the La Vie en Rose team.
  • Bring the company's vision, mission, and brand culture to life.
  • Act as an inspirational role model.
  • Recruit, prepare, and train employees.
  • Source the best candidates for various roles.
  • Plan work schedules and manage absences/lateness.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for the store team.
  • Manage labor disputes and apply disciplinary actions.
  • Master product knowledge and technical features.
  • Create an attractive store environment based on planograms.
  • Monitor competitor activities.
  • Build a steady and loyal customer base by showcasing brand image and relationships.
  • Develop an action plan to improve inventory management.
  • Plan incoming orders and ensure efficient visual display setup.
  • Maintain store cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with mall administration.
  • Analyze reports to optimize productivity and sales.
  • Open and close the store.
  • Manage controllable expenses efficiently.
  • Collaborate with head office on projects and requests.
  • Respect and apply head office policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
