Responsibilities
- Analyze customer behavior and product performance using funnel analysis, cohort analysis, segmentation, and behavioral analytics to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
- Support Product Managers in understanding customer journeys, user engagement, conversion, and retention to shape product strategy and priorities.
- Conduct exploratory analysis to answer product and business questions, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Define and measure product success metrics and KPIs, evaluating the impact of product changes and communicating outcomes to stakeholders.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and product experiments to embed a culture of experimentation and evidence-based decision-making.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions, proactively monitoring trends, identifying risks, and surfacing growth opportunities.
- Partner with Analytics Engineering teams to ensure KPI definitions, business logic, and product instrumentation are accurate, scalable, and trusted.
- Apply AI and machine learning techniques, including LLM-assisted analysis, predictive modeling, and automated insight generation, to enhance product understanding and measurement.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Data teams to ensure decisions are grounded in robust analysis and customer insight.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets to uncover insights that drive better customer and business outcomes.
- Highly proficient in SQL and comfortable analyzing customer and behavioral data to support product decisions and strategic priorities.
- Experience with experimentation and A/B testing.
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and product analytics techniques such as funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and segmentation.
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of digital product development and customer experience optimization.
- Curiosity for how emerging technologies, including AI, can improve product measurement, experimentation, and customer understanding.
- Combines analytical rigor with product curiosity.
- Thrives in collaborative environments.
