About the Role

Perform a variety of standardized laboratory tests used in the quality assurance, research, and development of products, formulations, and applications. IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients, and health & biosciences, delivering sustainable innovations that elevate everyday products. Responsibilities

  • Measure and dose fragrance oils into multiple application bases (e.g., personal care, home care, and other product bases) following precise formulation guidelines.
  • Operate dosing equipment and maintain accurate records of quantities and batch details.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards during all handling and dosing activities.
  • Prepare and label samples for internal use or customer requests as directed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with inventory management of fragrance oils and bases.
  • Support lab housekeeping and equipment maintenance to ensure operational readiness.
  • Follow SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) and sustainability guidelines in all activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Ability to perform accurate measurements and basic math calculations.
  • Dependable and committed to maintaining lab safety standards.
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Basic computer skills for record-keeping and documentation.
