About the Role
This role involves contributing to the strategic development of two locations focused on supporting individuals with disabilities, ensuring both professional and economic advancement.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for contributing to strategic processes at both locations for professional and economic development.
- Prepare decisions and processes within the area of responsibility.
- Participate in internal and external committees and represent the foundation's interests.
- Responsible for coordinating projects within the network.
- Responsible for the further development and implementation of quality management within the network.
- Advise and support responsible management on professional topics.
- Conceptualize, prepare, and conduct workshops, working groups, and events.
- Responsible for coordinating and accompanying subject-specific projects and working groups.
- Develop and support concepts in a solution-oriented manner.
- Collaborate with offices and authorities.
Requirements
- Completed degree in social management, health management, or a comparable course of study, or vocational training as a social worker, social pedagogue, remedial teacher, or care teacher (m/f/d).
- Ideally, leadership experience and willingness to acquire new experience and competencies.
- Several years of professional experience in dealing with people with mental illnesses and cognitive impairments.
- Experience in implementing professional and quality standards.
- High professional and social competence.
- Communication skills to strengthen and promote participation processes.
- An extended police clearance certificate is required and must be submitted within the first eight weeks of employment.
