About the Role

This role involves contributing to the strategic development of two locations focused on supporting individuals with disabilities, ensuring both professional and economic advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for contributing to strategic processes at both locations for professional and economic development.
  • Prepare decisions and processes within the area of responsibility.
  • Participate in internal and external committees and represent the foundation's interests.
  • Responsible for coordinating projects within the network.
  • Responsible for the further development and implementation of quality management within the network.
  • Advise and support responsible management on professional topics.
  • Conceptualize, prepare, and conduct workshops, working groups, and events.
  • Responsible for coordinating and accompanying subject-specific projects and working groups.
  • Develop and support concepts in a solution-oriented manner.
  • Collaborate with offices and authorities.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in social management, health management, or a comparable course of study, or vocational training as a social worker, social pedagogue, remedial teacher, or care teacher (m/f/d).
  • Ideally, leadership experience and willingness to acquire new experience and competencies.
  • Several years of professional experience in dealing with people with mental illnesses and cognitive impairments.
  • Experience in implementing professional and quality standards.
  • High professional and social competence.
  • Communication skills to strengthen and promote participation processes.
  • An extended police clearance certificate is required and must be submitted within the first eight weeks of employment.
