About the Role

As a Waiter/Waitress at the AC Hotel Berlin, you will shape moments and enrich every guest's experience, from morning coffee to dinner. Your attention to detail, calm demeanor, and genuine warmth will set the standard for our F&B experience, reflecting the refined character of the AC brand.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally, present menus, and guide them through our food and beverage offerings.
• Accurately record orders and communicate seamlessly with the kitchen and bar to ensure timing and quality.
• Serve food and beverages according to the highest presentation standards, with attention to every detail.
• Operate Micros POS for order entry, modifications, and billing.
• Knowledgeably and naturally recommend dishes, wines, and cocktails.
• Maintain immaculate table settings and a clean, inviting atmosphere throughout the shift.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen, bar, and reception to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Receive guest feedback with composure and professionalism, escalating as needed.
• Adhere to Marriott and AC brand standards in every guest interaction.

Requirements

• Experience in F&B service, ideally in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
• A calm, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for refined hospitality.
• Good English skills; German is a plus — other languages are always welcome.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High attention to detail and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
• A cooperative team player who takes responsibility and leads by example.
• An affinity for the AC brand values: modern, stylish, precise, and always guest-focused.
• You must have the legal right to work in Germany. We cannot sponsor visas or work permits at this time.
