About the Role

As a Marketing Producer at Snowprint, you will ensure marketing efforts run smoothly from planning to delivery, working closely with marketing and game development teams to provide necessary information, priorities, and support. You will build strong relationships, create clarity, and foster an environment of open, respectful, and effective communication, observing team needs and facilitating discussions to improve ways of working and create a positive atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Own the production and coordination of marketing assets, including trailers, user acquisition creatives, app store content, localization assets, and community-facing materials.
Ensure the right people have the right information at the right time to keep projects moving and stakeholders aligned.
Act as a bridge between marketing and game development, coordinating upcoming releases, campaign needs, game builds, and asset production.
Maintain timelines, track priorities, identify risks and bottlenecks, and create visibility across multiple ongoing initiatives.
Improve workflows, introduce new tools or automations, refine feedback processes, and create structures that enhance collaboration.
Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure deliverables meet quality expectations and deadlines.

Requirements

Experience in a production, project management, or coordination role within game development, mobile apps, digital products, or an agency environment.
Understanding of creative production processes and comfort coordinating projects involving trailers, marketing assets, or visual content.
Effective communication skills with creative teams and understanding of their work processes.
Highly organized with the ability to bring structure to complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Proactive, clear communicator who naturally creates alignment between people with different priorities and perspectives.
Enjoyment in improving processes, spotting potential issues, and helping teams work more effectively.
Interest in games is a must; interest in Warhammer is a plus.
