About the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is crucial for translating strategy into action. You will partner with executive leadership to address company challenges, ensuring priorities are defined, aligned, and executed efficiently. This strategic operating position offers direct exposure to executive decision-making and company-defining initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of the CEO's top-priority initiatives, ensuring clear accountability and measurable impact.
  • Take ownership of multiple high-stakes projects and deliver business value through process and product optimization.
  • Identify new growth and revenue opportunities, building business cases and leading initiatives from new product launches to market expansion.
  • Support the design of new investment products, owning project leadership and execution.
  • Support M&A activities from target identification through post-merger integration.
  • Drive business development by identifying, evaluating, and negotiating strategic partnerships.
  • Build and optimize scalable processes to support rapid growth and identify roadblocks.
  • Develop compelling narratives for internal and external stakeholders, including board materials and investor presentations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, providing insights on operations and strategic opportunities.
  • Connect across teams to drive alignment and coordination for new financial products and streamline decision-making.

Requirements

  • 4+ years at a top-tier investment bank, management consulting firm, private equity fund, or similar elite institution.
  • Track record of outstanding achievement with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling narratives for C-suite and board audiences.
  • Proven ability to drive initiatives, identify opportunities, and bring diverse teams together to solve problems in fast-paced environments.
  • Bias for action with ownership mentality.
  • Adaptability and 'can-do' attitude.
  • Team player with direct communication style.
