As a Senior SDR, you’ll master modern sales techniques, engage with prospects across multiple channels, and contribute to the growth of a cutting-edge tech company. Whether you’re starting your career or looking to take your sales skills to the next level, this role will set you up for success.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential customers through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and video messaging.
  • Deliver compelling messages that capture attention and communicate Zinc’s value proposition effectively.
  • Use data to analyse outreach, refine approach, and improve performance.
  • Generate, nurture, and qualify leads for the Account Executive team.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximise opportunities.
  • Embrace coaching and feedback to refine techniques and hit individual and team targets.

Requirements

  • 12 months or more experience in sales or tech.
  • Potential and attitude are more important than resume.
  • We hire across multiple SDR levels and determine final levelling through a structured interview and scoring process.
