About the Role

As Product Specialist, you will be at the center of the evolution of the iManage platform, working closely with the Product Manager to shape its current performance and future direction. You will connect strategy with delivery, ensuring the platform is secure, stable, and delivering value across the firm. This role is for someone who wants to influence, optimize, and elevate how a global business uses critical technology.

Responsibilities

Own the configuration and administration of the iManage platform, ensuring performance, stability, and security.
Lead issue identification and resolution, maintaining platform health and resilience.
Drive feature adoption, from release assessment through to firmwide rollout.
Partner with stakeholders to deliver training, guidance, and engagement initiatives that embed best practice.
