About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketeer to lead our Marketing team. This role is crucial in driving our marketing and brand strategy to achieve organizational objectives and ensure our work is audience and insight-led.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the marketing and brand team to deliver against organizational objectives.
• Deliver the marketing and brand strategy 2026-8, ensuring work is audience and insight-led.
• Optimize all marketing activity, integrating across teams and channels to achieve results.
• Drive the evolution of the brand in line with organizational strategy.
• Bring brand and creative excellence to all applications and ensure a coherent and engaging brand experience.
• Lead the marketing approach for multiple audiences.
• Lead the digital marketing team to deliver outstanding communications across multiple platforms and channels.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to build relationships for success.
• Act as a key member of the Engagement Leadership Group and work closely with senior management.

Requirements

• Experienced and effective team leader and manager.
• Ability to nurture and develop an ambitious marketing and brand team.
• Experience in delivering marketing and brand strategies.
• Proficiency in optimizing marketing activity and integration across channels.
• Experience in evolving brand strategy and ensuring brand excellence.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Ability to work closely with senior management.
