Responsibilities
- Plan and promote post-marketing surveillance (PMS) and post-marketing clinical studies (PMR).
- Explain investigator-initiated studies (ERP/ISR) to physicians, manage facility contracts, and track progress.
- Develop and implement evidence generation plans based on business and medical strategies.
- Identify clinical challenges, insights, and unmet medical needs through discussions with healthcare professionals and external scientific experts.
- Plan and promote additional evidence generation to address evidence gaps and unmet medical needs.
- Promote evidence dissemination through academic presentations and publications.
- Support the planning and operation of advisory boards.
- Build and maintain good relationships with domestic and international internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide information and create value for business units and OUs from a medical and scientific perspective.
- Perform other duties as required by the organization or project.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in clinical research.
- Knowledge and experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams to completion.
- Experience in communication with researchers or physicians in clinical settings, KOL management, or stakeholder management.
- Knowledge and work experience with GCP and GPSP regulations.
- Ability to read and create business-related documents in English.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to participate in meetings with global stakeholders in English and make necessary statements and explanations.
- Basic knowledge of literature review and statistical analysis.
- Skill in organizing medical and scientific information and communicating it clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to think independently and act proactively.
- Interest in clinical site challenges and needs, and the ability to identify valuable insights.
- Ability to prioritize teamwork and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to embrace change and take on new areas and roles.
- Proactive learning attitude.
