About the Role

This position sits within Pernod Ricard’s The Absolut Company (TAC) Global Creative Content team in London. It is responsible for coordinating marketing assets between the global team in Stockholm and local markets worldwide. The role involves leading asset adaptation briefs, managing agencies, and collaborating with local teams for effective localized asset launches.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with local markets to define optimal marketing assets for local brand campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and compliance with standards and legislation.
  • Lead and support asset development/adaptation projects for Absolut, Malibu, and Kahlua, managing the process from brief to delivery.
  • Act as brand guardian, ensuring asset adaptations align with brand identities.
  • Manage daily interactions with agency partners responsible for asset adaptation.
  • Coordinate regular creative reviews between the Global Content Creative team in London and TAC HQ in Stockholm.
  • Lead the coordination of best practice sharing across major markets for the brands.
  • Act as an internal ambassador to showcase best practices from Absolut, Malibu, and Kahlua.

Requirements

  • Recent university graduate or first professional experience after completing school, college, or an apprenticeship.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading projects or initiatives.
  • Structured, organized, reliable, hands-on, with very good attention to detail.
  • Comfortable building relationships both locally and internationally.
  • Self-driven problem solver, creative, and proactive.
  • At ease in changing, matrixed environments and works collaboratively.
  • Business-fluent English.
  • Business proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus.
