About the Role
The Business Area Wind is responsible for Vattenfall’s Onshore and Offshore Wind as well as other non-hydro Renewable activities like Solar and Batteries. We are looking for a Working Student to support Risk Management activities for hybrid parks (Solar + Battery), with a strong focus on quality assurance of risk documentation and planning/scheduling risk assessments and workshops.
Responsibilities
- Perform structured quality checks on risk registers, action logs, workshop minutes, and risk manager reports.
- Validate data quality and raise issues proactively.
- Plan and schedule risk assessments/workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
- Track open actions, due dates, and escalation triggers; ensure timely closure and documentation.
- Maintain templates, checklists, and process documentation; continuously improve “Work in Smart”.
- Support reporting: weekly/monthly status updates, risk manager report, and preparation of management-ready materials.
- Occasional travel to sites for Hybrid construction site, and workshops/audits and coordination support.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a university (Bachelor/Master) and at least one or plus years to finish the study in Engineering /Business/ Finance or similar.
- German language: C1 level with official certification.
- Valid Class B driving license and willingness to drive to sites if required.
- Strong attention to detail; ability to execute quality checks with a structured mindset.
- Good organizational skills: reliable scheduling, follow-ups, and stakeholder coordination.
