About the Role

Join our team as a Bartender and delight guests with delicious drinks, ensuring they have a fantastic experience from start to finish. This role offers daily challenges and dynamic action within a supportive and inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Assist the bar team in serving drinks and attending to guests, from order taking to preparation and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the bar area, including glasses, workspaces, and guest areas.
• Support the organization and management of bar inventory, including stock checks, receiving deliveries, and maintaining inventory levels.
• Contribute to upholding hygiene and safety standards through meticulous cleanliness and adherence to regulations.
• Actively engage in guest service by answering questions, accommodating special requests, and coordinating with other departments.
• Demonstrate flexibility by taking on additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations and an optimal guest experience.

Requirements

• Bar experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• German language skills.
• A proactive 'doer' with a hands-on mentality.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Ability to find creative solutions and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Reliability and enjoyment of working in a demanding environment.
