EVO Fitness offers a unique dual study program designed to provide a comprehensive career start in the fitness industry. You will gain experience across various departments including Sales, Training & Fitness Consultation, Customer Success Management, and Operational Management, allowing you to discover and leverage your strengths.

Responsibilities

• Learn sports science-based training consultation.
• Contact potential customers via phone.
• Conduct standardized sales appointments.
• Supervise and actively advise members on the training floor.
• Conduct initial training sessions and create personalized training plans.
• Manage the follow-up process for new members.
• Provide consultation to customers regarding their inquiries.
• Motivate customers to remain active long-term.
• Manage membership software.
• Support members with their questions.
• Ensure the club meets high-quality standards.
• Conduct regular equipment checklist reviews.
• Collaborate with the management team on operational projects.

Requirements
