We are seeking a well-rounded and dependable carpenter for a long-term career in a fast-paced, professional environment. You will plan and execute reconstruction tasks with the project manager, ensuring high-quality service for customers, clients, subcontractors, and resource providers.
Responsibilities
- Install interior trim
- Install cabinets
- Install windows
- Perform occasional exterior work
- Maintain job site cleanliness
- Perform occasional demolition
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Nurture customer relationships
- Address job site issues with customers and project managers
Requirements
- Experience in rough and finish carpentry, with an emphasis on finish work
- Drywall skills are a plus
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve, or as part of a team
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Excellent time management skills
- Take pride in your work with high levels of honesty and integrity
- Display excellent knowledge of building materials, residential and commercial structures, and tools of the trade
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat and cold
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
