About the Role
A Creatio Solution Architect leads the design and architecture of Creatio CRM solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and remain scalable, secure, and sustainable. The role partners with stakeholders to translate CRM strategy and business processes into robust solution designs and guides delivery teams through implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture and high-level design for Creatio CRM implementations, ensuring scalability, security, and sustainability.
- Engage with clients/business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate them into Creatio solution designs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to implementation teams, enforcing best practices in coding, integration, and system architecture.
- Oversee customization and integrations between Creatio and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
- Develop and maintain custom Creatio packages and technical/architectural documentation.
- Support incident analysis and resolution for complex technical issues impacting the CRM platform.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience designing/architecting CRM solutions on the Creatio platform and leading complex CRM projects.
- Strong C#/.NET skills and solid understanding of Creatio UI customization.
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs; experience with enterprise integrations and data flows.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server or PostgreSQL and enterprise data modeling considerations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Creatio certification(s) are highly desirable.
- Strong background in business process analysis, CRM customization, and system integration (consulting/enterprise setting).
