About the Role
We are looking for a Corporate Tax Manager to join our tax team, focusing on building tax knowledge and experience to deliver a robust and tax-efficient service that helps clients meet their wider objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of business tax clients, including reviewing tax returns, computations, and tax accounting disclosures.
- Sign out tax returns for more complex clients independently.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for tax matters.
- Provide expert advice on corporate tax planning, restructuring, and compliance.
- Assist with tax investigations and disputes, liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as audit and advisory, to provide a seamless client service.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling services and generating new business leads.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of firm-wide working practices.
- Coach and support junior team members in their technical development.
