About the Role

Combine expertise in CRO and A/B Testing with product management skills to co-lead the optimization program. Improve KPI on international domains by leading CRO funnel improvement projects and managing the roadmap for the multi-domain A/B testing program. Work closely with UX designers and developers to create efficient processes that generate measurable business impact. Use heuristic analysis and qualitative/quantitative research methods to drive impact on user experience and business KPI.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance the operations of our multi-domain A/B testing program
  • Identify and lead website optimization initiatives
  • Closely monitor performance of our multi-domain conversion funnels
  • Continuously collaborate with our UX designers and developers to advance CRO projects & A/B tests
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative CRO research on user behavior
  • Collaborate with our data and tracking experts to enhance our A/B testing setup and insight generation
  • Educate stakeholders on CRO best practices and workflows
  • Continuously monitor new developments in the CRO ecosystem and advise on their usefulness and adoption

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of in-depth experience with CRO & A/B testing
  • Demonstrated success managing an A/B testing roadmap and collaborating with UX designers and developers
  • Proven track record in driving website optimization initiatives and overseeing conversion funnels
  • Strong skills in quantitative and qualitative CRO research methods and heuristic analysis
  • High interest in behavioral economics and consumer psychology and how to apply them in CRO
  • An understanding of the technical fundamentals of websites and how they correlate with the effort required for A/B testing development
  • Proficiency with modern testing tools, such as Kameleoon, VWO or Optimizely
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and German (C1)
