About the Role

Lead the successful delivery of a portfolio of initiatives, ensuring outcomes align with business strategy and deliver measurable value. Oversee planning, execution, governance, financial management, and stakeholder engagement for on-time, within-budget, and high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of initiatives, ensuring effective prioritization, dependency management, and proactive resolution of risks and issues.
• Provide delivery leadership and strategic advice on delivery approaches, governance, reporting, and execution best practices.
• Drive portfolio planning, estimation, and sequencing activities to maintain a sustainable delivery pipeline aligned with business priorities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with delivery teams, business stakeholders, senior leaders, and external partners.
• Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers and Business Analysts, fostering accountability and delivery excellence.
• Ensure consistent application of delivery frameworks, governance standards, and controls, with clear reporting on delivery performance.
• Optimize resource capacity and capability across the portfolio to meet delivery commitments and manage future demand.
• Champion continuous improvement and industry-leading delivery practices, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance organizational performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Delivery Lead, Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, or equivalent roles leading complex technology, transformation, or enterprise delivery initiatives.
• Proven experience delivering portfolios, programs, or projects end-to-end, with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, governance, risk, and business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments, influencing senior leaders and driving alignment across business, technology, and external partners.
• Experience leading and developing delivery teams, including Project Managers and Business Analysts, while fostering a high-performance and continuous improvement culture.
• Strong track record in portfolio planning, dependency management, resource optimization, and delivery reporting.
• Knowledge of payments, banking, financial services, or technology environments, including relevant operational, regulatory, and industry considerations.
