About the Role
My Law Skills offers a unique opportunity for motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Conveyancing Paralegals. This role includes an 8-week intensive training program designed to equip you with the fundamental skills and knowledge essential for a successful career in property law. You will work alongside qualified solicitors, supporting them on various property matters while building your professional network in the legal field. Responsibilities
- Assist with property transactions including sales and purchases.
- Draft and prepare legal documents related to conveyancing.
- Conduct property searches and gather necessary information.
- Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain accurate files and documentation.
- Support the conveyancing team in meeting deadlines and compliance requirements.
- Participate in client meetings and attend property viewings as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interest in property law and the conveyancing process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
