About the Role

As a Talent Manager, you will be the central point of contact between our talents, course teams, and the operational and technical processes of the Talentspring Academy Group. You will ensure that courses run smoothly and that our talents have an inspiring, high-quality learning experience. You will be the first point of contact, guiding them from their start to the successful completion of their course, handling all organizational and non-content-related aspects of their learning journey. Additionally, you will maintain contact with our clients and partners, especially with employment agencies, building close and trusting relationships through reliable communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end support of talents and course processes
  • Full support of talents throughout their entire journey: pre-onboarding, onboarding, course support, offboarding, and after-course communication on-site at the office
  • Building a trusting relationship with talents as the first point of contact for organizational, technical, and personal concerns
  • Ensuring course schedules, timetables, and sessions (in-person/online) are correctly planned and communicated
  • Monitoring attendance, issuing absence notifications, processing dropouts, and measuring satisfaction; escalating or intervening as necessary
  • Hardware management for talents in courses
  • Close cooperation with instructors, course leaders, and administration to ensure the talent experience
  • Ensuring a high-quality learning experience: gathering and analyzing talent feedback, making suggestions for improvement
  • Assisting with QM/certification processes (e.g., AZAV relevance) in collaboration with the team
  • Collaborating with product management on the further development of programs and course formats
  • Close coordination with internal stakeholders: course leaders, marketing, IT, administration
  • Clear information flow to participants: updates, feedback, escalations
  • Documentation of processes, workflows, and lessons learned
  • Active identification of potential for follow-up programs or additional services
  • Conducting feedback and exit interviews focusing on satisfaction and future prospects
  • Systematic recording of needs and recommendations in the CRM

Requirements

  • First experience (e.g., 1-3 years) in educational providers, course operations, learning management, or similar environments is desirable
  • Affinity for digital tools and automation (e.g., proficient with spreadsheets, workflows, possibly CRM/LMS)
  • Good organizational skills and high independence (This role is 40% administrative tasks and 60% customer contact)
  • Strong communication skills: supporting talents requires empathy, clarity, setting boundaries, and problem-solving; supporting customers (employment agencies) requires de-escalation, customer satisfaction, and flexibility
  • A pedagogical qualification (e.g., obtained through a degree, apprenticeship, or further training) would be desirable
  • Hands-on mentality: You pitch in when needed
  • Service orientation: Talents and our customers are the focus
  • Team player: You work with many interfaces; collaboration is key
  • Willingness to change: Automation/tooling means co-designing processes
  • Good German and (ideally) English skills
