About the Role

Blissful Bath is seeking an experienced Marketing Events Coordinator to support the Central PA market, including Harrisburg and surrounding communities. This position offers annual earning potential of $60K–$120K, including uncapped commission opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify Events and Shows within the assigned territory.
• Negotiate contracts with Event Vendors.
• Book and maintain an annual calendar of Events and Shows.
• Recruit, hire, and train Event Demonstrators.
• Schedule Demonstrators to work Events.
• Coordinate booth and display setup and tear down.
• Generate appointments for Free In-Home Consultations at Events and Shows.
• Collect contest entries.
• Follow up on contest entries and schedule Free In-Home Consultations.
• Measure and report event performance results.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Positive, outgoing personality.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
• Ability to coach, train, and motivate others.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Must be available to work weekends.
