About the Role
We are seeking a Staff or Senior Product Engineer to join our early-stage engineering team. You will play a key role in shaping the product's direction and shipping features to production quickly. This role involves understanding user problems, forming hypotheses, and iterating rapidly to define product development.

Requirements
- Experience working at early-stage startups and driving product direction.
- Ability to think in terms of user problems.
- Experience scaling TypeScript projects.
- Enjoyment in refining and customizing AI workflows.
- Experience building AI agents or LLM-powered systems.
- Academic or applied experience in machine learning is a plus.
- Ability to bridge the gap between research and production in machine learning is a plus.
