About the Role

Responsibilities
- Monitor and process employee requests via internal ticketing systems and communication platforms.
- Maintain and update internal FAQ pages, office guidelines, and operational manuals.
- Serve as the first line of support for workplace-related questions, escalating complex issues.
- Manage the end-to-end process for lost property, including logging, notifying owners, and disposal.
- Oversee the lending and maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
- Manage the inventory and registration process for employee business card orders.
- Coordinate the allocation and clearance of employee lockers and maintain organized temporary storage areas.
- Manage the lifecycle of office access badges, including list integration, inventory audits, and recovery.
- Ensure all access-related tasks are executed according to company security protocols.
- Provide logistical support for office events, such as coordinating meal deliveries and distributing company swag.
- Liaise with other teams such as Mail Center, Facilities, and IT to ensure smooth daily operations and special projects.
Requirements
- Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese (written and verbal).
- Strong command of office productivity suites (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft 365).
- Experience with CRM or Ticketing software is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, service-oriented attitude with a focus on providing a positive experience for all employees and visitors.
