About the Role
Deliver a range of courses from the PSTC suite of training including Naval Afloat and terrestrial Communications equipment, Naval Electronic Equipment, and Naval Command and control systems using various methods like face-to-face, blended learning, eLearning, emulators, and part-task trainers.
Responsibilities
- Provide pre- and post-course support.
- Conduct assessments.
- Generate reports.
- Ensure training delivery aligns with Navy policy and procedures, including Trainee Progress Management (TPM).
- Contribute to training development processes.
- Implement approved changes to learning packages.
- Maintain relevance and currency of training materials to meet learning outcomes and competencies.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain/maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
- Must be an AU Citizen.
- Ability to work on-site, 5 days a week at Randwick Barracks.
Skills
- Strong understanding of Navy operational procedures and training standards.
- Ability to use blended learning techniques and simulation tools effectively.
- Excellent communication and assessment skills.
