This is a generalist role reporting directly to the founders, acting as a force multiplier to manage high-impact projects and streamline operations across sales, customer success, product, engineering, and hiring.

Responsibilities

• Partner with founders to increase operational bandwidth.
• Own cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion.

• Manage administrative and logistical tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate communications and follow-ups to ensure project continuity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, or a fast-growing startup.
• Proven track record of managing ambiguous projects independently.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Scrappy and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent written and spoken English with proactive communication skills.
• High level of trustworthiness and discretion.
• Willingness to perform any task regardless of scope or complexity.
