About the Role
As an Electrical Instructor, you will report to the CAE Senior Instructor. Utilising methods such as face-to-face, blended learning, eLearning, emulators, and part-task trainers, you will deliver a range of courses from the PSTC suite of training. This includes Naval Electrical Systems and Equipment Maintenance, Naval Power Generation Equipment, Integrated Platform Management Systems Operation/Maintenance, and PLC Programming/Maintenance. You will support operation instruction to ensure successful training outcomes and events, act as a SME, and implement approved changes while maintaining learning management packages. Demonstrate and integrate safe behaviour in day-to-day operations.

Requirements
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment (or willingness to obtain within first 12months of employment)
- Cert III or higher in Electrical Fitting or similar
- Ability to work on-site, 5 days a week at Randwick Barracks
- Ability to obtain/maintain an Australia Defence Security Clearance
- Must be an AU Citizen
