About the Role
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for sorting donations and preparing products for the retail floor.
Responsibilities
- Accepting donations on behalf of not-for-profit partners
- Engaging with customers and donors, providing excellent service and a meaningful experience
- Sorting donations
- Pricing, grading, and hanging product for the retail floor
- Collaborating with the team to meet daily production targets
- Supporting the safety culture
Requirements
- Availability for casual hours, Monday to Friday between 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
- Proven ability to be a team player and help others meet team goals
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment (e.g., retail, production, warehousing, hospitality)
- Customer focus and passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and improve
