About the Role
As an IPG Senior Reporting Analyst at ICON, you will provide advanced analytical support to the Investigator Payments Group (IPG), developing complex reports and insights that inform strategic decision-making. Your experience in quality assurance and compliance will be key in delivering high-quality outcomes and mentoring colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing sophisticated reports and dashboards to monitor IPG performance, payment cycles, and key financial metrics.
- Conducting in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for optimization within the IPG operations.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights that support business strategies and objectives.
- Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data through rigorous quality checks and data validation processes.
- Leading initiatives to automate reporting processes and enhance data management capabilities, leveraging advanced analytical tools and technologies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, financial reporting, or a related role, with a strong focus on advanced analytics and reporting.
- Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and data modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of translating data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
