About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to pivot your career while still staying close to the work you know. We’re looking for a Corporate Finance National Practice Enablement Lead to support a high-performing and rapidly growing team of 100 Corporate Finance advisors across Australia. This is not an execution-focused role. Instead, you’ll sit at the centre of the practice—lifting capability, driving consistency, and enabling our teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. In this national role you will be providing centralised support and governance that complements—but does not replace—engagement-level leadership, technical judgement, or partner accountability.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the national Corporate Finance learning and development program across all service lines.
- Work with partners, directors, and service line leaders to identify training needs and develop annual learning plans.
- Maintain a centralised repository of training materials, recordings, and technical reference content.
- Coordinate external training providers where required and align with firm-wide learning initiatives.
- Coordinate structured onboarding pathways for analysts, graduates, and new hires.
- Support responsible and practical adoption of AI tools across Corporate Finance.
- Identify and pilot AI use cases including drafting support, data analysis, and document review.
- Maintain a library of approved AI prompts, workflows, and use cases.
- Deliver internal guidance and training on effective AI usage.
- Ensure AI use aligns with firm policy, confidentiality, and professional standards.
- Support shared Corporate Finance market intelligence resources such as benchmarks and deal trends.
- Assist with consistency in market data usage across service lines.
- Provide guidance on effective use of third-party databases and data sources.
- Establish and maintain a national Corporate Finance knowledge repository.
- Maintain sanitised examples, guidance notes, and engagement precedents.
- Maintain a judgement and decision log for complex or novel matters.
- Structure and tag content to support efficient reuse and onboarding.
- Maintain a single source of truth for endorsed national guidance and resources.
- Maintain and administer the Corporate Finance tombstone library.
- Coordinate with Marketing for development and maintenance of marketing and business development materials.
- Coordinate, maintain, and administer standardised national templates and core documents across all Corporate Finance service lines, including coordinating development activities and engaging internal stakeholders and/or external experts where required.
- Ensure templates align with firm branding, formatting standards, and applicable professional and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain version control, change logs, and archiving processes.
- Coordinate periodic reviews and updates based on regulatory change, feedback, and quality findings.
- Develop and maintain quality and review checklists applicable across service lines.
- Perform selected pre-issuance quality checks focusing on presentation, cross-referencing, and internal consistency.
- Maintain a register of recurring audit, regulator, and peer review findings.
- Feed quality observations into improvements to templates, training, and processes.
- Support operational application of professional, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Translate policy updates into practical guidance for engagement teams.
- Map key Corporate Finance workflows and identify efficiency and consistency improvements.
- Identify processes suitable for automation or AI augmentation.
- Support rollout of process improvements with IT/Digital teams.
