About the Role
As a Contact Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, answering phone calls for bookings and handling inquiries professionally.
Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls for bookings across the Inner West region promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Provide empathetic support and guidance during phone interactions.
- Collaborate with other contact centre agents to meet service level targets.
- Building relationships with the technical and clerical teams, patients, and referrers.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A knack for organisation and managing appointments with ease.
- Comfort with using multiple systems and technology.
- Ability to relate to and communicate with a wide range of patients, drawing on your life experience to provide empathetic and understanding support.
- Experience in a contact centre is not required – we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed, including support in understanding radiology processes.
