About the Role
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making an impact, building relationships, and helping others achieve their fitness goals. This role is central to creating an exceptional experience for every member.
Responsibilities
- Creating an exceptional experience for every member
- Welcoming members and guests with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism
- Conducting studio tours and introducing prospective members to Orangetheory Fitness
- Following up with leads and booking introductory workouts
- Guiding first-time guests through their Orangetheory experience
- Recommending memberships and helping people commit to their fitness goals
- Answering phones, responding to inquiries, and managing daily administrative tasks
- Resolving member concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Working closely with coaches and studio leadership to create a positive member experience
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Sales experience is considered a strong asset
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to empathize, problem-solve, and handle difficult conversations professionally
- Punctual, reliable, and accountable
- Standing and walking for most of your shift
- Frequent in-person and phone conversations
- Occasional lifting of up to 75 lbs
- Genuinely enjoy connecting with people
- Confident starting conversations and building rapport
- Motivated by goals and results
- Comfortable discussing memberships and making sales recommendations
- Dependable and show up when scheduled
- Bring positive energy, even during busy shifts
- Enjoy being active and living a healthy lifestyle
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Actively prioritize own health and fitness
