About the Role

FWD Group is seeking an individual to join the Technical Services department, focusing on the construction and operation of internal and external system infrastructure. The role involves actively promoting cloud adoption, primarily on Microsoft Azure, while managing a hybrid network environment that includes on-premises data centers. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge network technologies, leverage Azure features, and drive operational management of the infrastructure, including AI integration.

Responsibilities

Infrastructure architect role, including network domain, overall infrastructure design, and improvement tasks.
Collaborate with Group IT teams and participate in group-led projects.
Explore environments utilizing the latest technologies, prevent potential failures, and promote stable operations.
Participate in projects, contributing from an infrastructure perspective during new system implementation and construction.
Business As Usual (BAU) tasks including stable operation of system infrastructure, various maintenance tasks, audit response, management of related vendor contracts, and resource management.
Promote improvement initiatives such as enhancing vulnerability security, proactive failure prevention activities, and traffic control.

Requirements

Over 3 years of IT-related operational experience (financial insurance industry experience is a plus).
Network environment construction and operation experience.
Communication skills in English.

Infrastructure knowledge (network, telephony (Cisco/AVAYA))
