About the Role

As the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals in your assigned territory, you will enhance disease and product awareness and strive to improve the treatment environment for patients. You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, identify and understand their needs, and introduce and propose relevant products. You will also manage your territory, identify potential customers, and explore market development opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets by developing and executing effective territory strategies based on territory analysis.
  • Understand the market dynamics of rare diseases, formulate specific action plans for high-priority institutions and healthcare professionals, execute these plans, and review them regularly.
  • Promote the development of processes in rare disease business, including disease awareness, early diagnosis, treatment decisions, and continuous treatment.
  • Acquire and continuously update necessary knowledge related to assigned products.
  • Implement promotional activities and treatment area programs tailored to territory and customer needs using effective channels and tools.
  • Conduct timely activity reviews and provide appropriate reports and feedback.
  • Actively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to realize a patient-centric partnership model.
  • Conduct post-marketing surveillance (PMS) and collect/provide safety information (quality, efficacy, safety of pharmaceuticals, and other information necessary for proper use) based on relevant laws and regulations by visiting healthcare professionals to ensure the proper use of assigned products.

Requirements

  • Possess MR certification.
  • Have over 5 years of experience as a Medical Representative in a pharmaceutical company.
  • Have over 3 years of experience covering university hospitals and core hospitals.
  • Be able to face any environment positively and continue to take on new challenges.
  • Be able to act quickly without hesitation based on principles (sense of urgency).
  • Be able to exercise leadership/followership autonomously in both independent and team environments.
  • Be able to engage in mutual learning and co-creation, as well as continuous self-improvement.
  • Be able to manage optimal resources and prioritize tasks to achieve goals.
  • Possess a valid driver's license (excellent driver).
  • Hold a bachelor's degree or higher.

Education Level

  • 4 year university degree or higher
