About the Role

Designers work within integrated project teams across architecture, interior design, and landscape divisions to translate conceptual designs into detailed, accurate, and well-coordinated construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams including Junior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Directors.
• Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings, models, and renderings.
• Develop accurate construction documents including plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and notes.
• Ensure drawings and documents adhere to industry standards, codes, and project guidelines.
• Participate in internal meetings to offer solutions to design challenges and technical issues.
• Coordinate with other design disciplines to ensure seamless integration.
• Contribute to material and product research.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Assist in the preparation of client and project team presentations.
• Complete operational and administrative tasks including meeting minutes and timekeeping.
• Participate in professional development and office events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Proven proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Previous experience in drafting for interior design and architectural projects.
• Familiarity with industry standards, building codes, and construction practices.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of drafting work.
