About the Role

This position reports to the Service Team Leader and involves executing service work at customer sites in accordance with established procedures and safety standards. You will be part of the Electrification Business Area, Service Division, handling power distribution equipment and providing services such as installation supervision, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting for major data centers, semiconductor factories, and renewable energy clients.

Responsibilities

Execute service work at customer sites according to procedures and work instructions, adhering to quality and safety standards.
Work closely with customers on-site to identify opportunities for operational improvements and resolve technical challenges.
Perform field service activities (on-site and remote), identify, analyze, and address technical issues within assigned service areas and product lines.
Prepare material lists for service activities and ensure the availability and quality of necessary materials, parts, and equipment.

Requirements

Valid Japanese driver’s license.
Willingness to travel frequently for short-term and long-term assignments.
Business-level Japanese proficiency.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
