About the Role

Join the HR Team and take responsibility for consultant evaluation and development. You will lead the consultant development process in alignment with management, gather information and analyze data from senior staff, create and execute communication plans, and support final decision-making by management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate evaluation meetings.
• Handle related documents, including collecting consultant evaluation information and data analysis.
• Develop and disseminate communication plans to stakeholders.
• Report globally.

Requirements

• University degree or higher.
• Strong desire to build a career in HR.
• English proficiency (TOEIC score of 750 or higher, or business-level English).
• Over 3 years of professional experience (HR experience not required).
• Ability to proactively manage multiple processes and achieve results, with speedy and accurate task execution.
• Comprehensive communication and coordination skills to build relationships and promote smooth operations with all levels and departments.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in the business environment and needs.
