About the Role
Join the finance team to drive risk management and compliance culture at BCG. You will serve as a primary point of contact for compliance inquiries, ensuring adherence to global policies including insider trading, data privacy, and conflict of interest prevention.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and support internal compliance programs.
- Establish and manage processes to meet internal and external regulatory requirements.
- Handle internal audit responses.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
- Respond to vendor management and compliance check requests from client companies.
- Support the implementation and execution of global BCG policies and campaigns in Japan.
- Provide compliance advice to employees and plan/conduct compliance training sessions.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, incident management, or compliance within a public company or a private company with 200+ employees.
- Business-level English proficiency (equivalent to TOEIC 750+).
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and internal departments.
- Ability to adapt to ambiguous situations and changing environments.
- Proactive mindset to identify issues and drive process improvements.
- Understanding of BCG's business, corporate culture, and growth strategy.
