About the Role

Join the finance team to drive risk management and compliance culture at BCG. You will serve as a primary point of contact for compliance inquiries, ensuring adherence to global policies including insider trading, data privacy, and conflict of interest prevention.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and support internal compliance programs.
  • Establish and manage processes to meet internal and external regulatory requirements.
  • Handle internal audit responses.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Respond to vendor management and compliance check requests from client companies.
  • Support the implementation and execution of global BCG policies and campaigns in Japan.
  • Provide compliance advice to employees and plan/conduct compliance training sessions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, incident management, or compliance within a public company or a private company with 200+ employees.
  • Business-level English proficiency (equivalent to TOEIC 750+).
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and internal departments.
  • Ability to adapt to ambiguous situations and changing environments.
  • Proactive mindset to identify issues and drive process improvements.
  • Understanding of BCG's business, corporate culture, and growth strategy.
