About the Role

BCG's Technology & Digital practice focuses on leveraging data, technology, and digital solutions to provide clients with competitive advantages and exceptional business outcomes. This is BCG's fastest-growing practice and is central to our strategic impact on clients.

Responsibilities

• Engage in projects at the core of driving results through hypothesis building based on deep insights into companies and markets, and collaboration with clients to evolve ideas, formulate and execute strategies.
• Act as a trusted partner to client CxOs, formulating and driving digital/IT strategies.
• Promote collaboration with DigitalBCG expert personnel.
• Develop strategies for digital transformation.
• Develop strategies for new digital businesses.
• Rebuild IT governance structures suitable for the times.
• Formulate company-wide IT/digital roadmaps.
• Promote company-wide agile transformation.
• Design next-generation services, brand strategies, and customer acquisition using digital.

Requirements

• Must have graduated from a 4-year university or higher (including Master's/Doctorate).
• Must have 7 or more years of professional experience in digital strategy development, new business planning, or digital transformation planning/execution at a company, consulting firm, or startup.
• Experience in planning/developing new digital businesses, or planning/executing digital strategy or digital transformation within a company in the internet or IT industry.
• Experience in planning/implementing growth strategies for products/services or designing overall digital marketing at a startup or venture company.
• Experience in digital or technology strategy consulting at a consulting firm.
• Experience from system development to construction at an SIer or system development company.
