About the Role

We are a luxury, women's intimate portrait studio in East London, dedicated to helping everyday women transform their self-perception through powerful portrait experiences and lasting artwork. We have guided over 1,900 women on this journey, often resulting in significant confidence shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and pose everyday women with calm, grounded leadership to ensure they feel safe, supported, and genuinely seen.
  • Maintain immaculate sets, wardrobe, gear, and studio floor during each shift.
  • Log clear notes after each guest to facilitate downstream team efforts.
  • Fully engage in training, implementing feedback, attending gallery reviews, and developing craft weekly.
  • Act as a team player, contributing positively to the performance of colleagues.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in studio photography or weddings, preferably in intimate, boudoir, or luxury portrait environments.
  • Confident in directing and posing non-models with empathy and emotional presence.
  • Strong technical skills in exposure, focus, composition, and studio lighting.
  • Excellent time management to conduct emotionally intense, back-to-back sessions without rushing clients.
  • Ability to reliably work fixed 8-hour afternoon-evening shifts within a 1pm-10pm band, five days a week, including most weekends.
  • Openness to learning and adhering to a proven process before suggesting modifications.

Salary/Compensations

  • Junior Photographer base: £36,000
  • On-target earnings year 1: £40,000–£48,000 OTE
  • Core Photographer base: £40,000+
  • Senior and Lead OTE: £45,000–£60,000
