About the Role

This role involves leading the training and development of paralegals within the Family Law Division, designing and delivering practical training, and fostering a collaborative learning environment. You will also provide paralegal support to solicitors on family law matters, including preparing briefs, managing documents, and conducting legal research.

Requirements

  • Hold Australian or NZ citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency (for ongoing roles)
  • Undertake relevant pre-employment checks such as Criminal Record Check, and Conduct Service Check
  • Some roles may require the ability for remote travel
  • Provide a current resume (up to 5 pages)
  • Provide a cover letter (up to 2 pages) addressing two targeted questions
