About the Role
As an Installation Technician, you will serve as a trusted expert, delivering best-in-class service by installing and activating high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice technology in customer homes and businesses.
Responsibilities
- Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services
- Work independently at customer homes and businesses
- Solve technical problems for customers
- Perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and installing new lines
Requirements
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Possess a valid state driver’s license
- Lift and move up to 60 lbs
- Weigh less than 325 lbs for ladder safety
- Work in small spaces or aloft up to 28 ft
- Be available for overtime, emergency callouts, and holiday work
- Identify wire and cable colors
- Qualify on pre-employment assessments
- High School Diploma or GED
