About the Role

Responsible for establishing an operating environment that embraces continuous improvement, leading facility efforts in quality through management of all quality systems, and facilitating the plant safety committee and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Work with supervisors and operating teams to improve manufacturing and quality systems using manufacturing reliability tools.
  • Support the plant safety team, including safety audits, incident investigations, and new hire safety orientation.
  • Manage internal auditing processes.
  • Monitor the Tracking Incidents and Credits System status and reporting.
  • Participate in the New Item process, customer audits, and communication, maintaining knowledge of customer-specific quality testing and requirements.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in developing, implementing, and managing high-performance work systems and teams.
  • Knowledge of and compliance with local and corporate policies.
  • Understanding of OSHA/EPA regulations.
