About the Role

Fenwick & West is seeking junior and mid-level associates for its high tech and life sciences patent litigation practices. The ideal candidates will have between one to six years of patent litigation experience. Superior academic credentials, excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are a must. While degrees or industry experience in high tech or life sciences fields are preferred, they are not required.

Responsibilities

Representing clients in federal jurisdictions throughout the United States.
Handling parallel post-grant proceedings in the Patent Office.
Adopting innovative strategies to obtain successful outcomes for clients.

Requirements

Must be barred in the state of the office they are submitting their application for or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
Superior academic credentials.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
