About the Role

Adobe is seeking a high-energy, driven, and self-motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) for the Corporate Creativity & Productivity organization. As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact with prospects, responsible for establishing meaningful conversations with C-level decision-makers, generating sales-ready meetings, and building a sales pipeline that leads to revenue growth through account-based sales development.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Document Cloud and Creative Cloud ambassador, creating a premier experience for prospects and customers.
  • Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries.
  • Proactively identify, contact, and cultivate new business opportunities using calling, emailing, and social media.
  • Achieve goals for qualified meetings, opportunities, and revenue.
  • Perform a high volume of activities (calls, emails, social media contacts) to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Employ creativity and experiment with new prospecting strategies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to enhance demand-generation strategies.
  • Participate in the creation and iteration of team processes.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of lead generation experience for a high-growth SaaS business; Inside Sales experience is a plus.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit, be comfortable with ambiguity and change, and have a passion for building Document Cloud and Creative Cloud.
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing, speaking, listening, and cold-calling.
  • Demonstrate a phone-first approach, with readiness for daily cold calling and booking meetings.
  • A proven history of exceeding goals.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools, including LinkedIn, Twitter, blogs, and monitoring tools.
  • Exhibit grit and ambition.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
