About the Role

As a Principal Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead end-to-end hiring for EMEA Sales roles, focusing on go-to-market positions. You will ensure the attraction and hiring of diverse, high-performing talent with speed and quality, acting as a trusted advisor to Sales leaders and People Partners with expertise in Sales hiring, market intelligence, and consultative partnering. You will champion the global TA process, build proactive pipelines, and support the regional TA team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end EMEA Sales recruitment, delivering an inclusive candidate experience.
  • Create compelling on-brand adverts.
  • Champion adherence to the global TA process.
  • Proactively source and engage high-calibre Sales talent.
  • Build strategic pipelines across priority segments using targeted, data, and market-led approaches.
  • Continuously optimize sourcing strategies based on funnel performance and hiring outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Sales leaders and People Partners.
  • Co-create hiring plans with Sales leaders.
  • Coach hiring teams on structured, inclusive assessment and selection.
  • Ensure the right role calibration and hiring decisions.
  • Provide actionable market intelligence.
  • Use TA data/funnel analytics to inform decisions.
  • Remove hiring bottlenecks.
  • Deliver clear insights and updates to stakeholders.
  • Partner with Sales leaders to translate territory coverage needs into hiring plans.
  • Use ongoing territory and talent mapping to identify target talent pools.
  • Proactively build pipelines.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable senior Talent Acquisition experience recruiting for Sales roles within EMEA.
  • Depth in Go-to-Market hiring.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong consultative partnering skills.
  • Credibility with senior Sales leaders.
  • Excellent sourcing and networking capability.
  • Ability to proactively identify and engage top Sales talent.
  • Strong understanding of Sales profiles and assessment (e.g., quota-carrying roles, sales cycles, segment/territory fit, competencies).
  • Strong understanding of regional labour markets.
  • Ability to translate market insights into hiring strategy.
  • Successful applicants must undergo and pass a drug screening and comprehensive background check.
  • Background checks will be conducted in accordance with local laws and may include proof of educational attainment, employment history verification, proof of work authorization, criminal records, identity verification, and credit check.
  • Certain positions may involve additional background check criteria.

Skills

  • European language skills are a plus but not essential.
  • Experience mentoring/coaching other recruiters.
  • Experience contributing to cross-functional projects.
