About the Role

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel, material, and equipment to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain a close working relationship with the supervisor for effective operations.
• Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Perform manual weeding of flower beds, using tools or vinegar.
• Redefine flower beds and apply mulch and soil.
• Operate line trimmers, hedge trimmers, and leaf blowers.
• Safely drive the crew to different sites.
• Inspect vehicles and equipment daily.
• Enter work orders, inspection information, and crew hours daily.
• Perform other related tasks.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid provincial driver's license with a good driving record.
• Requires 2 years of experience in team leadership or supervision.
• 2 years of industry experience is an asset.
• Good knowledge of landscaping and horticulture.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Capacity to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and manage stress.
• Competent with computers and phone applications.
