About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive outreach, qualification, and pipeline growth across the full sales cycle. You will bridge marketing and sales, ensuring every lead is followed up on and every opportunity is tracked. You will gain exposure to outbound and inbound sales and collaborate with experienced sales and marketing leaders.
Responsibilities
- Research and engage target accounts for prospecting using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot
- Execute personalized outreach sequences across email, phone, and LinkedIn to book meetings aligned with ICP criteria
- Support outbound campaign development, including messaging and data cleanup
- Qualify inbound demo requests, trial signups, and marketing-generated leads through conducting structured discovery to assess needs and fit
- Respond to inbound leads within 24 hours and route qualified prospects to the Sales Executive with clear context and next steps
- Maintain accurate CRM data for all prospects, opportunities, and activity history
- Track deal progress, update stages, and ensure complete handoffs to the Sales Executive
- Assist with proposal preparation, scheduling follow-ups, and coordinating procurement steps
- Monitor pipeline coverage and report on activity performance metrics
Requirements
- 2–3 years of B2B outbound sales or business development in the SaaS industry is an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable using automation and prospecting tools
- Curious, driven, and collaborative team player
