About the Role
The Gaming Services Host role reports directly to the Gaming Services Supervisor. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and providing a positive and memorable guest experience through proactively engaging with our guests. This is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and thrive in the Premium Gaming team.
Responsibilities
- Sign up memberships, meet and greet guests across the private gaming floor areas
- Promote and provide feedback on all customer related service programs
- Clearly always demonstrate to customers and team members a commitment to service excellence through the effective implementation and delivery of the Star Values
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to achieve established service standards and repeat business
- Handle customer service queries and concerns with diplomacy and tact and provide appropriate responses in line with established SOPs including escalation of issues as required
Requirements
- Must be able to work on a rotating roster
- Experience in a guest service-related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy essential
- Exceptional attention to detail and customer centric background
- Ability to work collaboratively with a large and diverse team
- Eligibility checks are required as part of the recruitment process and ongoing employment
